©It’s a farm in al-Shayyit (il 9omman ) in Saudi Arabia, 3 hours driving from Kuwait, arround 36 km square in area. It has Zebra’s, Gazzele’s, Pigeon’s, Ostrage’s, al-Maha, Sheeps, Goats & Camels. Some in captive and others are free, moving around the farm. Also there are private jet Runway and helipad.
The owner of this farm is in love with history & Heritage, Arabic language and poetry. He Build an amazing old house on a highland in the farm. The farm has many highlands all over it, called Nuhood. He farmed these Nuhood with trees and build his white castle on the biggest Nahd ( 9aihad ) where it overlooks the Gazzele’s and al-Maha’s, 1×2 km Cage.
The owner took us in a tour in his Ostrage meat, feather and skin factory and showed us the whole process from an alive Ostrage to an Ostrage stake. Then we went to see the breeding plant. After the tour, we went to a green oasis with a big tent, bait sha3ar, they call it al-Faytha, Where we enjoyed tea, coffee, fine dates and the old time stories (miss this kind of stories). Then we went back for lunch which was Machboos Ghazzal’s, it has different nice taste. Gayyalna (took a nap) then went back to al-Faitha again and stayed there untill dinner which was white cheese, tomato, honey, milk and iranian bread. By 9 we were dead, we slept, we woke up at 5:30 am, we Prayed and then started our journy to Doha. Lovely Doha 🙂
The farm trip was just amazing break.
